our unique octagonal home is perched on a bluff overlooking an array of islands

Our extraordinary home is fully adorned with elegant hardwood
flooring, luxurious furnishings and natural fiber linens.
We have two private rooms available for nightly rental, one of which
is accessible from the wrap around balcony and living room, and the other consists of the
entire second and third storey with private bath and clawfoot tub.

The entire home is also available for retreats, weddings, reunions,
seminars, workshops, honeymoons.

Activities and Attractions
Fun activities include great hiking trails, biking, bird watching,
scuba diving, snorkling, etc. Only minutes from the village of Lund which has a boat launch, kayak rentals, and boat
tours to and from Desolation Sound. Take a short water taxi to Savory Island (known as Little Hawaii) and enjoy miles of white
sand beaches.
Rates
Peak Season:
Two individual room rates are $160 and $190 per night with a 3 night
minimum.
The entire house rents for $650 CND per day for up to 6 persons. An extra fee of $50 per additional person applies. Three night minimum.
Security deposit of $300 is due upon booking. A $150 cleaning fee applies.
Bookings for events (weddings, retreats, workshops, reunions, etc.)
cost $1500 per day
with a $500 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee.
Off Season:
Rent entire house from October 1, 2006 to April 30, 2007 for $3900
per month plus utilities. A $1950 security deposit applies.
