Healthy and Raw
I am a forty something mom, wife, entrepreneur and blogger, who has always had an interest in eating healthy. I got introduced to the raw world about 2 years ago. Shortly after that, as it was the first time a ‘diet’ or lifestyle made sense to me, I did my Raw Food Chef training with Elyse Nuff (who is a Master in this area) and have fallen off a 100% raw diet many times.
