No Morning watering allowed Chapman and Grey creek Very low. I can not people are still watering in Morning But SCRD has mixed messages Paper and website say No morning watering but there phone line says you can water in Morning and afternoon. Guess no one thought to change the phone line. Salmon need water too every gallon you use is 1 less for spawning salmon.

Our water system is at a critical low level. No outdoor use of water at all. Even if we get some rain it may take weeks of heavy rain to build up water levels. Do not think 1 or 2 days of rain will save us. Please pass the word,
