Found a pretty new looking Knife buried under the snow while hiking up the Tetrahedron Trail from the Parking lot to Edwards Cabin. Message me the description of the Knife if you've lost it and I'd be happy to return it to its rightful owner. Cheers!

going to Edwards cabin Current Conditions Monday, February 09, 2015
Hi all! We just returned from a hike to Edwards cabin on Feb 7th. It's been raining a lot lately, so there is not much snow left. The snow is very patchy (no need for snowshoes), there is a lot of water, some ice. A lot of trail erosion. Be ready to get wet!

Mt Steele Current Conditions Tuesday, February 10, 2015
Went up Steele on Sunday FEB 8....AT ABOUT 10 MINUTES PAST Steele creek snow was about a foot and progressively got deeper from there. Bowl area had about a meter of snow and was continuous all the way to the cabin. Rained Sunday night and Temps were above freezing. Snow is melting very fast and all creeks are raging. Steele creek is very passable but general conditions are very wet.

Tet not much if any snow Current Conditions Friday, February 20, 2015
From reports I heard there is no snow to Edwards and very little snow to McNair. Hoping for more indepth reports soon and maybe some new pics. They said only maybe 6 inches patchy snow at McNair. Most normal years McNair cabin is almost buried in snow. Hard to think such a change. No point in packing skis up there. Even Mt Steele did not have much 2 weeks ago.

Feb 20 Conditions Current Conditions Sunday, February 22, 2015
There is no snow at the Edwards Cabin. Snow starts around the Steele creek crossing. We didn't need snowshoes at all, although some crampons or trekkers would have helped with the icy conditions in the morning. There is about one foot of base at the Steele Cabin.

Thanks so much for posting fresh report Current Conditions Sunday, February 22, 2015
This info you posted Martin helps others plan trips etc. Atleast people will know not to carry skis up there. It is great if we can get some fresh info every weekend. The pics people posted of the lake etc helps to show what is up.

School Trip in Tetrahedron Park Current Conditions Thursday, February 26, 2015
Trip Dates: Feb 16-20, 2015
Route: Edwards-Macnaire-Edwards-Bachelor
Description: The weather was mild for this time of year, between 4-10 degrees C. Most days were sunny with one day of clouds and drizzle. The trail was in spring conditions - wet and boggy throughout. As we made our way up the valley to Macnaire, there was approximately 1 ft of snow on the ground around the cabin. Edwards and Bachelor were both bare of snow. Fresh water was available to boil at each location...no snow was melted. Champmans Creek bridge crossing is down and dangerous. We did rock hopping to get across the river. Crossing would be more risky at higher water levels.
The cabins were all in good condition and clean.
