Tetrahedron road. Current Conditions Saturday, January 16, 2021
Not much snow only last Km of road has snow on it deep frozen ruts. Rots around 1 ft deep. About 1/10 the amount of snow up there that we should have. Snow that is up there is hard frozen crusty. Not great for skiing frozen ice bridges across creeks etc might be risky. Stay safe. There is a boat on side of road about 1 km up road. $100 reward for name of owner and address where to send it to.

Slow down on back roads almost a serious accident on Dakota road Current Conditions Wednesday, January 27, 2021
Forestry roads are Narrow. Could have been a serious accident on Dakota ridge road. A white Jeep SUV who was driving way to fast on a ice covered road. This guy almost hit the Grader and a logging truck. He ended up over the bank upside down. This guy had no chains on but even with chains on slow down. The logging company has been doing a great job of grading and plowing the road. 30 km is fast enough. Can you stop and get going again. Yes you might be able to make it up and down with out chains. But what if you have to stop for oncoming traffic. Can you get going again. Or can you hit the brakes with out slidding. No rush to get up the hill or back down. Respect others. The pick up in the ditch is nine years ago. I had studded winter tires. A van stopped in middle of road I could not stop. I tried to go around him and ended up in ditch. The Van was stopped right in middle of road. If I had hit him it would have been my fault says ICBC Stay safe.
